Bold Reds

Citrus Gins

Boe Violet Gin, fused with violets for that striking colour

Boe Passion Gin, a warm lingering finish of exotic fruits

Brooklyn Gin, a craft spirit made in New York with fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. Fresh, complex, and flavorful

Malfy con Limone Gin, coriander and juniper, hints of licorice, with faint hints of fennel, ushering in a citrus dominated finish

Malfy con Arancia Gin, an interesting orange-rose hue and has the juicy, bittersweet aroma of blood oranges

Malfy con Grapefruit Gin, slightly bitter grapefruit notes blend well with juniper, lemon and coriander

Mombasa Club Strawberry Gin, mix with quality tonic water and garnished with a fresh strawberry and a little sprig of mint

Dry Gins

Brockmans Gin, a London dry best served with twist of pink grapefruit peel and 2 blueberries

Daffy Gin, ‘Daffy’ is what gin was called in Britain in the 1800s, notes of toffee, citrus, spice caramel and fresh mint

Elephant Sloe Gin, brawny cracked black pepper spice and tart sloe berry fruit with faint lavender

Hendrick's Gin, juniper aromas with floral hints and a touch of musky rose, followed by a blanket of sweet orange and elderflower

Spicy Gins

Boe Scottish Gin, hand picked botanicals and spices are infused in the finest neutral grain spirit

Bombay Sapphire Gin, opens with a touch of juniper, a ripe citrus and hints of spice in the fragrance

Hunter's Cheshire Gin, citrusy, spicy nose with hints of orange and lemon peel. A touch of cinnamon

Ophihr Gin, pine notes give way to fresh, bright citrus, before ending with a long warm spiced, that is subtle and delicious.

Herbaceous Gins

Elephant Gin, uses rare African botanicals, a subtle juniper aroma, with an undertone of mountain pine and other herbaceous notes

Monkey 47 Gin, zingy citrus is assertive to taste upfront, but gives way to a rich bouquet of flavours including herbal juniper, juicy lingonberries, sweet liquorice, cardamom and hibiscus-like floral touches

Whitley Neil Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, orange, ginger and coriander arrive on the palate, though it's still dominated by rhubarb
